Dear Mr. Frank. I really don’t know how to start this off but I will do my best to put this all in words . I been knowing you since I was a lil girl with long ponytails riding a big wheel up and down our street. When you would pull up in the front of the apartment building I knew you were coming to pick up my brothers Frank and Jermaine . By me being the only girl and the baby my mother was so over protective of me. I cried to my mom in front of you, mom I want to go with them! Mr. Frank said “Enelle” let her come with Us lol. And she allowed me to go with Mr. Frank and my brothers. As you being the father of my brothers I always had respect for you as you where my own father… we kept in touch all my years of my life. This hurts so bad but I know that you are in heaven with my brother Jermaine. You both are my Angels and I know u both are looking down and protecting us. You will be missed so much!! That is definitely the most memorable moment of you I have being a stepfather to me. You will never be forgotten Mr. Frank.
