John Edward Stewart Jr. transitioned March 8 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. Born on the Kentucky/Tennessee line February 27,1961 to Erma and John Stewart. John had five loving sisters Sylvia, Felicia, Erma, Leslie, and Jackie Stewart. And his one and only baby brother, Jonas Stewart. Leaving behind one daughter and one granddaughter that will always have the fond memories of his presence. He also had a host of beautiful nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends that he will always be with. On today , we gather to celebrate John Stewart Jr., a man whose talents ranged from drilling troops to commanding the kitchen, all while keeping us in stitches with his comedic genius. John could make even the most rigid person crack a smile with his unpredictable humor. His culinary skills were legendary; he could turn any meal into a gourmet delight that left us wanting more. And let's celebrate his beautiful and witty personality – John's jokes were like seasoning, adding just the right flavor to any situation. While we reflect on the struggles and victories of John Stewart Jr., let's also celebrate the laughter and joy he brought into our lives. Rest in peace, Drill Captain John, and may your heavenly kitchen be filled with endless laughter and perfectly cooked dishes. To those that were not mentioned we apologize for any oversight and send you love, comfort, and abundance.
